The website Tenderme first came to my attention with Ben Dunne’s radio advertisements for the company. First of all the radio ad was advertising the company as Tenderme.ie. To me, this has a nice ring to it and it has an Irish domain name. For marketing purposes this makes marketing a website like this a little bit easier. The problem with this site arose shortly after when they started advertising the site as Tenderme.com. Why the change? Straight away they have been sending out mixed messages.

Never in my wildest dreams would I have believed that providing value for money would be a negative aspect to an Internet marketing company. We are in a recession; surely businesses around Ireland should be looking for value for money? Internet marketing is not rocket science or brain surgery. The thoughts of paying an Internet marketing company €100+ an hour horrifies me and if you own a business then it should horrify you. Chances are, that company will be employing a group of inexperienced students straight out of college to work on your account.

Running an online business can be very expensive. So anywhere that you can save money is to be welcomed. As an Internet marketing agency we obviously spend our lives glued to the computer. This has led to our team developing eyes as big as saucers and hunchbacks last seen in Notre Dame, but that is another story. Obviously we require a lot of software to do the things we do. Much of this is paid for software, but quite a bit is free software that is available to everyone…even you!
